We are looking for a commercial real estate sales agent to lead our efforts in representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in our commercial transactions. The ideal applicant will assist our clients in finding key investment properties and development opportunities.

Knowledge of the local real estate market and a knack for developing long‑lasting business relationships are a must. This position requires a current real estate license or the willingness and ability to get one. We can help you. Responsibilities
  • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision
  • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data
  • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations
  • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers
  • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally
  • Secure new and expanded client relationships
  • Maintain and uphold the highest ethical and legal standards
Qualifications
  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Independent and self motivated
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
  • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising
  • 3 – 5 years of commercial real estate experience
  • Ability to make sound judgments based on imperfect information
Compensation

$85,000 – $120,000 per year at plan earnings
