Elevate your culinary career in a newly renovated kitchen, leading a team to create exceptional dining experiences.

• Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient, high‑quality food preparation and service.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in menu planning, daily specials, inventory management, and supply ordering.
• Train and mentor new staff on kitchen procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with front‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage kitchen operations during peak hours to deliver timely, high‑quality output.
• Resolve kitchen issues, from equipment malfunctions to guest complaints, with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
• Ensure all food items are prepared, stored, and served according to safety guidelines and standards.

• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Evening and holiday availability (typical hours 2 pm–12 am, with flexibility for busy mornings).
• High school education required; relevant culinary training and experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates.
• CPR and first‑aid training preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred; hotel experience preferred.
• Additional language abilities a plus.
