Under the supervision of the shift supervisor, you will wash china, trays, silverware and other items, restock, and maintain the cleanliness of the dish room and line area.
Responsibilities include stocking and temperature checks, loading and unloading the dish machine, operating the pot wash area, and assisting with safety and sanitation procedures.
