As a Seasonal Holiday Sales Lead, you are a keyholder and member of the leadership team. You help ensure every guest has a positive experience.

• Help drive store‑level financial and operational results by monitoring store key performance indicators (KPI) and taking appropriate action.
• Keep the team focused on guest engagement, suggestive selling, sampling and product knowledge.
• Maximize sales performance through product knowledge education, coaching selling skills and leading by example; assist in training, developing and motivating team members.
• Assist the chief purveyor with paperwork, ordering and inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.
• Ensure all policies, procedures and operational directives are enforced consistently.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
