AtStryker’s Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) division
- Work closely with experienced Sales Representatives and Managers to build clinical and product knowledge, and learn multiple selling styles and techniques.
- Receive training and maintain independent study to perform at the highest level in the operating room, working with surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
- Represent Stryker as an industry leader in the marketplace.
- Identify and promote CMF solutions that transform patient lives.
- Build and grow your own business by prospecting new customers while continually caring for existing accounts.
- Assist Sales Representatives by determining the resources required for customers to reach sales objectives—educational programs, product initiatives, and strategic sales plans.
- Foster a culture where CMF is the destination for top performers and a place where careers thrive.
- 1+ year of B2B sales experience (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Comfortable adapting to new technology and business advancements.
- Ability to thrive in emergency and operating room environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategy, product demonstration, and sales control systems.
- Capacity to manage competing priorities and adapt to rapidly changing days.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships in a sales capacity.
- Willingness to spend up to 90% of time in the field with customers, including weekends and overnight travel.
- Highly organized with strong scheduling skills.
- Own a personal vehicle to transport product inventory and travel to support customers.
- Ability to learn from setbacks and develop strategies to minimize recurrence.

Base salary $70,000–$80,000, plus commission and/or bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
