Tallgrass Freight Co. is actively hiring experienced Freight Brokers / Freight Agents for a remote commission‑based freight sales opportunity. Freight Agents enjoy the flexibility to work as their own boss with a high commission split, mentoring, and back‑office support.

• 2+ years of cradle‑to‑grave freight experience.
• Manage a book of business.
• Handle all operations and communication with customers and carriers.
• Maintain current customers while developing relationships to grow the customer base.
• Professional collaboration and coordination with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers.
