Job Overview
This position is a business‑to‑business sales role responsible for selling contract maintenance programs for material handling equipment and catalog parts sales.
LocationProvidence, Rhode Island 02096
Based at Crown’s Franklin, MA branch covering Bristol, Cape Cod, Southern Worcester County, and the state of Rhode Island.

Job Duties- Sell contract maintenance programs and catalog parts to businesses.
- Pursue new business and develop key existing accounts in an assigned territory.
- Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships via cold calls, presentations, and follows.
- Develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Prepare quotations, cost reports, performance reports, and customer correspondence.
- Develop a territory management plan to maximize time with customers and enhance retention by monitoring satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls and customer files using online resources.
- Discuss sales activities with management.
- Less than 2 years of related experience.
- High School diploma or equivalency.
- Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program, or several years of successful sales experience.
- Ability and willingness to work outside regular business hours to prepare for sales activities.
- Successful B2B sales experience, problem‑solving capabilities, strong sense of urgency, responsibility, self‑motivation, and ability to work in a team.

Compensation and Benefits- Competitive base salary ($55,000–$70,000 per year) plus commission.
