Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, where you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our tenants. This hands‑on position offers variety every day—from maintaining HVAC systems and ensuring building security to tackling general repairs and seasonal upkeep. • Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, obtain quotes, and manage budgets for assigned projects.
• Track project progress, report updates to leadership, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor and adjust temperature controls to maintain optimal comfort levels.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant needs, representing ownership with professionalism.
• Ensure building security and safety at all times.
• Handle snow and ice removal to keep outdoor areas safe.
• Complete general maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, electrical maintenance and grounds upkeep.
• Prepare and paint surfaces such as walls and trim to maintain a polished appearance.
• Take on additional projects and duties assigned by your supervisor.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong reliability and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Vocational degree or equivalent training/experience in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Heating, and Plumbing.
• 3+ years of building maintenance or mechanical experience preferred.
• Electrical experience preferred. Masters Electrician License preferred.
• Boiler Operator’s license preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
• Professional painting experience.
• Experience in project coordination or management is a plus.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
