Summary
Process incoming telephone calls and outgoing calls via an electronic console. Dispatch reports on failures and troubles in the communication systems and network. Obtain pertinent information for messages for medical staff and on‑call physicians. Locate on‑call and in‑house medical and hospital staff members utilizing various communication systems.
EducationHigh school graduate or equivalent. Some formalized business training preferred.
ExperienceMinimum of two years’ experience in telecommunications and console operations. Knowledge of Williams Communications and Microsoft Office preferred. Experience in hospital communications desirable.
