The Director of Social Services oversees the Social Services Department and works closely with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents’ psychosocial, emotional, and medically related social needs are met.

Responsibilities include resident advocacy, care planning, family support, discharge planning, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work required
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Knowledge of social services regulations and resident rights
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach
