Required

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

Experience and Skills:

3+ years of lived or professional experience within Foster Care programming Understanding of foster care, resource family support, and child welfare services Experience working with families, community organizations, or family support programs Ability to coordinate activities, training, referrals, and support services Strong relationship-building, organization, and follow-up skills Ability to help families navigate systems and identify appropriate resources

Key Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment, engagement, and retention of foster and resource families Coordinate support programming for newly licensed resource families Help families navigate foster care systems, processes, and available services Connect resource families with community organizations, support services, and other relevant resources Coordinate training, educational opportunities, and ongoing family support activities Collaborate with the Resource Families Division and community partners to address family needs Help identify opportunities to strengthen resource family support and improve family engagement
