Airline Passenger Service Assistant

ABM is hiring an Airline Passenger Service Assistant at T.

F. Green Airport. This role is Fulltime | Parttime | Flexible Scheduling.

ABM looks for a dedicated customer service professional who will provide extraordinary service to passengers and help ensure a safe and smooth travel experience.

• May be scheduled for weekends and holidays when needed.
• Time and a half on Sundays and observed holidays.
• Parking is free for ABM employees.
• Safely transport passengers from gate to gate, curb to curb, or gate to curb depending on itinerary and passenger needs.
• Follow all safety precautions with wheelchairs and passengers.
• Assist passengers at baggage claim if necessary.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and gate agents to facilitate boarding and transfers.
• Comply with TSA checkpoint screening requirements and processes.
• Complete thorough incident reports for any accidents or events while transporting passengers.
• Interact with passengers in a positive, interpersonal manner to provide directions, flight information, and assistance during delays or other circumstances.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable).
• Customer Service Experience.
• 1 year of similar work experience.

Salary: $15/hr plus tips. The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.

Note:

hourly rates may allow earning potential between $25–$100 per week.
