CREDIT ADMINISTRATION/LOAN WORKOUT ASSISTANT

JOB OPENING – CORPORATION

FULL TIME – CREDIT ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT/LOAN WORKOUT

HOURS:

MONDAY – FRIDAY 8:00AM TO 5:00PM

Loan Workout/ORE

• Assist with Loan Workout/ORE department tasks
• Track, create reports, and run entries for extensions, charge offs, loan loss recovery, judgements & ORE properties
• Pay invoices
• Prepare 1099’s for charged off loans
• Manage bankruptcy notices

Administrative

• Update and monitor spreadsheets for accuracy
• Write and update procedures and keep everything up to date on TED
• Special projects
• Manage vendor relationships and support offices with various programs
• Other projects as needed

Compliance

• Assist Compliance with special projects
• Work with Compliance to ensure documents and procedures comply with regulations and update as necessary

Training

• Provide ongoing support and training for loan assistants and officers
• Present at regular training meetings

Qualifications

• Word processing and Spreadsheets helpful
• Knowledge of Bank Rite Touch helpful
  
  Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Customer Service experience
• Team player
• Self-motivated
• Experience as a Loan Assistant preferred

Wage is negotiable depending on experience and skills.
