* Job Title:

** Housekeeping Supervisor
** Department:
** Powder Haven Property Management
** Status:
** Seasonal FT
** Reporting To:
** Senior Manager
*
* Key Responsibilities:

** Running the housekeeping function
* Own day-to-day housekeeping across all homes. Set daily and weekly priorities from the reservation calendar, owner arrivals, deep cleans and seasonal occupancy.
* Build schedules to be approved by the administrative team, adjusting as bookings and owner plans change. Confirm every home's needs are covered before each day starts.
* Maintain and enforce housekeeping SOPs and home-by-home cleaning checklists. Bring proposed changes to the administrative team for approval as needed.
* Lead team briefings on scheduled days covering priorities, safety reminders, and procedure changes. Keep the housekeeping board current.
* Clean alongside the team in each home as an active member of the crew while leading it. When call-outs or absences occur, rebalance assignments across teams so no arrival or scheduled service is missed.

Rental pool homes
* Plan and coordinate turnovers for every departure and arrival, so each home is fully guest-ready before check-in.
* Inspect every rental home before each arrival, personally or through a trained designee. No home is released to a guest without sign-off.
* Hold every stay to a standard that reflects its purpose. Guests are owners and prospective owners, and for a prospective owner the stay may be their first real impression of living here.
* Stage welcome amenities according to the guest preferences and notes provided by the administrative team.
* Document guest damage, missing inventory, and lost-and-found items with photos, and report them to the administrative team promptly.

All owner homes
* Deliver scheduled housekeeping, pre-arrival preparation, and departure cleans in line with each owner's service arrangement and preferences.
* Keep a profile for every home with owner preferences, special instructions, access notes, and items needing special care. Make sure the team works from these profiles.
* Walk through unoccupied homes on a regular schedule to catch leaks, pests, HVAC problems, or damage early. Report findings to the administrative team.
* Schedule seasonal deep cleans around owner occupancy, confirming timing with the administrative team.
* Treat every home as someone's personal residence: discretion, care with personal belongings, and strict confidentiality about owners and their homes.

Quality and maintenance
* Run regular quality audits of completed work across homes and company vehicles. Give the team direct, timely feedback and correct issues right away.
* Enter maintenance issues found during cleans and inspections into the work order system. Follow each one to completion and keep the administrative team informed of status.

Supplies, inventory, and budget
* Take weekly inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities. Place orders through the purchase order system within spending limits set by the administrative team and inform that team if there are needs in excess of those limits.
* Maintain linen par levels for each home. Coordinate with laundry and supply vendors on deliveries, quality, and issues.
* Keep the housekeeping storage area clean, organized, and stocked, with chemicals properly labeled and stored and safety data sheets current.
* Help the administrative team forecast supply and labor needs ahead of each season, and flag spending that runs over plan, especially any overtime needs.

Team leadership
* Take part in hiring by interviewing candidates and recommending hires to the administrative team.
* Onboard and train new and existing team members on cleaning procedures, safety, home profiles, and standards of discretion.
* Evaluate performance, coach team members regularly, and document performance issues. Bring disciplinary matters to the administrative team.
