Position: Regulatory Affairs Specialist I

Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Help bring nutritional and personal care products to customers in more than 30 markets across six continents. You'll own product registrations from document gathering to approval, review labels for compliance, and work with colleagues, manufacturers, and regulators around the world. This role suits a detail-oriented person who wants to build a career in global regulatory affairs. The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will sit in our Provo office.

Own product registrations for a designated set of markets across our 30+ country operations, preparing and submitting dossiers and tracking each through approval.

Review product labels, ingredient lists, and claims against each market's requirements.

Gather technical documents from manufacturers, such as certificates of analysis, specifications, and certificates of free sale.

Write internal regulatory documents, including market requirement summaries and registration status reports.

Coordinate with our international offices, outside consultants, and government agencies.

Advise product development teams on formulation and claims so new products can launch in target markets.

Keep registrations on schedule to meet product launch deadlines.

This is an in-office position.

This position will report to the Regulatory Manager.

A bachelor's degree in a science or technical field (such as chemistry, biology, nutrition, or food science), or equivalent regulatory affairs experience.

Clear, professional written and verbal communication, including with non-native English speakers.

Strong organization: you can manage many submissions across markets without losing track.

Close attention to detail on labels, documents, and data.

Follow-through under deadline pressure.

1–3 years in regulatory affairs for dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics.

Familiarity with international regulations or agencies (for example FDA, Health Canada, EU, ASEAN, China NMPA).

Understanding of the direct sales business model.

A second language.

You'll see a product go from formula to shelf in dozens of countries, and you'll learn how regulation works around the world. We're a growing, global team that gives new specialists real ownership early.

In addition to competitive pay, we offer:

Health, dental, vision, life and other benefits that begin within a month

Paid parental leave

Generous vacation allowance in addition to company-paid holidays

401(k) with company match

Substantial company product allowance
