We are immediately seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various construction projects, with a focus on heavy civil infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to further their career in a fast‑paced environment, overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Manage heavy civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Projects may include self‑performing forces of mass excavation, underground utilities, drainage, geotechnical construction, and paving operations.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project reports and updates for senior management and clients.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or budgets.
• Lead and motivate project teams to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in heavy civil construction projects.
• Proven experience managing of the following: mass excavation, underground utilities, drainage, geotechnical construction, paving, bridge construction, and structures.
• Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure and construction best practices, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• A professional certification in Project Management would be an added advantage.
