Why We Have This Role

At Qualtrics, visual storytelling shapes how we connect with our customers and express our brand. We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in‑house creative studio, driving high‑impact visual communications across marketing, digital, and event channels. This role is key to delivering clear, compelling designs that support company‑wide initiatives and brand consistency. Working closely with marketing managers, copywriters, and fellow designers, you’ll lead projects independently and mentor others to elevate our creative output.

Things You’ll Do
  • Lead the design and execution of on‑brand visual assets including marketing collateral, digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, websites, and event branding to drive customer engagement.
  • Translate marketing objectives into innovative visual concepts and solutions that resonate across varied platforms.
  • Serve as a guardian of our brand by ensuring consistency and high‑quality output in all creative materials and refining brand guidelines as necessary.
  • Own assigned projects, managing timelines, feedback, and final delivery in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, sales, and creative teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful designs.
  • Mentor junior and mid‑level designers by providing feedback, sharing best practices, and fostering professional growth.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an agency, design firm, or fast‑paced in‑house creative environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • A strong, curated online portfolio demonstrating solid design fundamentals, typography, creative problem‑solving, and a variety of print, digital, and environmental work.
