Graphic Designer

Your portfolio doesn't need to be perfect; it needs to be unmistakably yours, which is the only test that matters for Energy Advantage Corp's Graphic Designer. Bring Relationship Building and Design Sprints sharpened over 4 years, and Energy Advantage Corp answers with $53,000 - $81,000 plus a clear path up.

• Argue palette and type with the same evidence you'd bring to a Service Design review
• Balance creative ambition with budget, timeline, and technical constraints
• Adapt master concepts into channel-specific formats and aspect ratios
• Shape the unboxing moment Provo buyers screenshot and share unprompted
• Knead a clumsy stock photo into something that feels shot for Energy Advantage Corp
• Storyboard motion pieces that hold attention past the three-second scroll mark

• Comfort steering creative conversations toward a decision
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a mid-level capacity
• 5+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way
• Solid understanding of creative best practices and industry standards
• Strong multitasking ability without sacrificing quality

Energy Advantage Corp builds creative tools the way old shops built furniture - slowly, in Provo, UT, and with a purpose-led respect for the craft. Decisions at Energy Advantage Corp come with a name attached, because ownership without accountability is just noise.

Money matters, so we lead with $53,000 - $81,000; then come the wellness perks, the Design Sprints training, and hours you actually control.

This role is being actively staffed, with offers expected before the quarter closes.
