• Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 per year
• Location‑Specific Offers: Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000;
  Relocation Stipend: $7,500

• Lead a patient‑centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership

• Conduct comprehensive full‑mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
• Provide high‑quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
• Maintain an awareness of the budget and collaborate with the Operations team to achieve financial objectives
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the entire team of dental professionals
• Stay abreast of new developments in dentistry through ongoing education and professional development
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental‑branded practices in the greater community

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
