Position SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated clinician who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a team environment, and is eager to continue developing their skills. You will step into an established patient base with strong earning potential and ongoing professional support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions using restorative, preventive, and surgical techniques
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive strategies
- Build lasting patient relationships with a focus on comfort and trust
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience
- Active Utah Dental License (or eligible to obtain)
- Comfort with general dentistry procedures (restorations, crowns, extractions, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and patient‑centered approach
- Team player who contributes to a positive and collaborative culture
