Oculoplastic Surgeon

Excel Eye Center – Provo/Utah County

Excel Eye Center is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Oculoplastic Surgeon to join our well-established, multi-specialty ophthalmology practice. This position will be available due to the retirement of one of our two oculoplastic surgeons. We serve a large and diverse patient population across seven locations, offering a collegial environment and strong referral network.

This full-time position will provide the entire spectrum of oculoplastic and orbital surgery, including:

• Cosmetic facial and eyelid surgery
• Facial aesthetics and therapeutic injectables
• Orbital and adnexal tumors
• Orbital wall reconstruction post-trauma
• Post-Mohs reconstructive surgery
• Eyelid malposition and reconstruction
• Lacrimal system disorders
• Thyroid eye disease
• Pediatric and congenital oculoplastic conditions

We are seeking a surgeon who is passionate about both functional and cosmetic oculoplastic surgery, and who values the independence, entrepreneurship, and efficiency of a high-volume multi-specialty private practice. • MD/DO degree with completion of an ACGME‑accredited ophthalmology residency
• Fellowship training in oculoplastic/orbital surgery required
• Member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS)
• Board certified or board eligible in ophthalmology
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Utah
