We’re hiring a Customer Care Specialist to support patients through their Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment. If you have a background in customer service, hospitality, or caregiving and enjoy helping others, this could be your next step. No medical experience is required;

we provide full paid training and national certification.

• Deliver one-on-one support during patient treatment sessions
• Operate and monitor TMS equipment (training provided)
• Encourage patients using positive tools like journaling, goal-setting, and mindfulness
• Maintain accurate session records and communicate with medical staff
• Create a warm, supportive environment for every patient

Serenity Healthcare is a national mental health provider offering personalized, evidence-based treatment for people who haven't found relief through traditional therapies. We use FDA-cleared TMS technology and a whole-person approach to help patients heal from anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more.

• Customer service, hospitality, education, retail, or similar people-facing roles; a passion for helping others through tough times
• Strong emotional intelligence and a calm, kind demeanor

• 2+ years of full-time professional experience (any industry)
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
• High level of empathy, patience, and emotional resilience
• Punctual, dependable, and open to feedback
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background check and drug screening required
