Therapist – Provo Family Clinic (Full‑time)

Wasatch Behavioral Health welcomes applications for a full‑time Therapist at the Provo Family Clinic (PFC). Candidates will provide high‑quality, evidence‑based counseling to serve our community in a supportive onsite environment.

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Hourly rate: $28.50 – $44.03 (depending on experience and licensure). Annual equivalents: $59,280 – $75,067 for Therapist I (Associate Licensure) and $72,300 – $91,582 for Therapist II (Full Licensure).

As a Full‑Time Therapist at PFC, you will conduct one‑on‑one therapy sessions, apply evidence‑based practices, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to treatment plans, attend regular staff meetings, and engage in ongoing professional development including supervision and training.

• Provide client‑centered counseling following evidence‑based models
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document sessions, progress notes, and maintain case records
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and staff meetings
• Engage in continuous learning: supervision, training, and professional coursework

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field
• Associate licensure in Utah (CSW, ACMHC, AMFT) or full licensure (LCSW, CMHC, LMFT)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, empathy, and active listening skills
• Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and organizational capabilities
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Lifelong learning mindset and flexible, innovative approach
• Spanish speaking preferred (but not required)

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. Upon hire, applicant must complete BCI from Utah State Office of Licensing and provide official licensure copy if conditional offer is extended.

Salary: $28.50 – $44.03 per hour
