Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Psychologist, where you can apply your clinical expertise while making a meaningful impact in the community. This onsite role offers competitive pay ranging from $38.41–$48.65/hour and the opportunity to provide professional clinical and outpatient psychotherapy, psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for individuals, groups, and families. Sign On Bonus: $8,000 total. First half paid on first paycheck, second half after a year of employment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $38.41–$48.65 DOE and Licensure

What You ll Do as a Psychologist- Provide psychological testing and diagnostic services using a variety of evaluation instruments
- Conduct assessments, including domestic violence evaluations, mental status exams, and behavioral assessments
- Gather and analyze background information to identify emotional functioning, behavioral concerns, and socialization needs
- Determine diagnoses and develop clinical recommendations and treatment plans
- Serve as a subject matter expert by providing testimony in court hearings and investigations as needed
- Attend juvenile court and consult with judicial and legal personnel regarding competency, custody, and related matters
- Provide professional consultation to internal teams and external partners
- Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an approved college, university, or professional school
- Current licensure as a Psychologist in the State of Utah through the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL)
- Ability to provide professional clinical services, including psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to complete timely clinical documentation and provide professional consultation
- Experience or training in Autism services and/or ADOS administration
- Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
- Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase.
