$12,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus (Current WBH employees are not eligible for this bonus)
- $6,000 paid on your first paycheck
- $6,000 paid after one year of employment
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $38.41–$48.65 DOE and Licensure

What You’ll Do as a Psychologist- Conduct psychological testing and diagnostic evaluations using standardized instruments.
- Complete domestic violence assessments; gather background information and behavioral data.
- Assess mental status, emotional functioning, behavioral concerns, socialization issues, and independent living needs.
- Formulate diagnoses and treatment recommendations based on assessment outcomes.
- Provide expert testimony in court hearings; offer consultation to legal and judicial partners.
- Represent client needs in juvenile court, including professional opinions on competency, custody, etc.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy as assigned.
- Offer supervision, mentorship, and training to psychology interns and/or residents.
- Doctorate degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited program
- Eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in the State of Utah
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and outpatient therapy skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals, couples, families, and groups
- Autism/ADOS training preferred, not required
- Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase
