- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver high‑quality ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, andclassmethod? Behavioral Technicians.
- Collaborate closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and optimize treatment.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
- Utah LBA certification (required).
- Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Previous experience as an ABAT, RBT, or Behavior Technician (required).
- Experience as an Assistant Analyst is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Spanish is a great bonus.
- Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (based on experience).
