• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver high‑quality ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, andclassmethod? Behavioral Technicians.
• Collaborate closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and optimize treatment.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
• Utah LBA certification (required).
• Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Previous experience as an ABAT, RBT, or Behavior Technician (required).
• Experience as an Assistant Analyst is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Spanish is a great bonus.
