Central Utah Rehabilitation Hospital in Provo, Utah is seeking an Occupational Therapist for per diem coverage to support our inpatient rehabilitation program.
The OT evaluates patients, facilitates restoration of motor function and independence, and may assist with adaptive equipment within a patient‑centered care model. Minimum requirements include current OT licensure and CPR/BLS; one year of rehab hospital experience is preferred, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
