The Role

Our PM Lobby House Person in Housekeeping is a full-time, hourly position that plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our lobby and shared spaces. We are seeking an individual who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for all guests and demonstrates a strong eye for detail and a commitment to excellent service. What

You’ll Do
  • Keep all lobby and public areas clean, tidy, and presentable to meet high housekeeping standards.
  • Assist with daily upkeep and restocking of cleaning supplies and guest amenities in public spaces.
  • Ensure all furnishings, floors, and surfaces in assigned areas are spotless and in good condition.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries or needs related to housekeeping within public spaces.
  • Collaborate with other team members in the housekeeping and 40 Rooms department to ensure efficiency and excellent service delivery.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues identified in the course of your duties to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working in guest areas.
  • Help set up or move furniture or equipment as needed for special events or lobby displays.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required; on‑the‑job training is provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending throughout shifts.
  • A positive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Flexibility to work evening shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed for the nature of the role.
