You will train supervisors, conduct homeowner inspections, and monitor cleanliness and efficiency across sections.
The role requires supervising 40–80 staff, punctuality, and strict adherence to safety and appearance policies. Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid U.S. driver's license.
