** Recruiting Operations Manager The Recruiting Operations Manager serves in the Business Career Center within the Marriott School of Business and is responsible for overseeing daily recruiting operations, coordinating on-campus recruiting events, and managing Student Academic Association (SAA) event activities. This role serves as a key point of contact for employers, students, and university partners to support recruiting efforts and ensure successful event coordination.

Additional responsibilities include supervising and developing student employees, managing event-related resources, maintaining operational reports, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and services within the Business Career Center.

What you’ll do in this position:

Manage on-campus recruiting operations, coordinating recruiting activities and events for more than 250 companies annually.

Serve as a primary point of contact for employer recruiters, assisting with job postings, information sessions, interview schedules, and the use of Handshake.

Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and communication for BYU Marriott career fairs, on-campus interviews, and other recruiting events.

Collaborate with Business Career Center staff, academic program directors, and university partners to support employer engagement and recruiting activities.
