The Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between new users and Curve’s internal teams (data services, training, and support). This role coordinates the implementation of Curve Hero Dental Practice Management Software, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the customer’s satisfaction.

• Develop a thorough understanding of client business requirements and plan implementation projects accordingly.
• Set and manage client expectations, and clearly communicate the project plan, key deliverables, timelines, and client responsibilities.
• Track and communicate progress of several concurrent client implementation projects.
• Coordinate client training, data conversion, and general set‑up requirements; serve as the point of contact between internal teams and clients.
• Resolve discrepancies and project roadblocks in a timely manner.
• Obtain sign‑off of key deliverables from clients, such as Preliminary and Final Data Review Forms.
• Communicate change orders, status reports, and risk reports as required.

• Proven experience in project/implementation coordination, leading change for enterprise software solutions.
• Knowledge of industry‑standard business practices in the dental or medical professions.
• Experience in a SaaS environment is an asset.
• Experience with JIRA, Netsuite, Windows (XP or higher), and macOS (10.4 or higher) is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially phone and email correspondence.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, database structure, and network troubleshooting.
