• Configure, customize, and launch AI Cloud Employees with code-based integrations.
• Collaborate with customers during onboarding, helping them implement and extend Signals into their systems.
• Build scripts, connectors, or light automations (Python, JavaScript, APIs) to improve workflows.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to surface customer needs.
• Support go‑lives with hands‑on troubleshooting and creative problem‑solving.

• 0–3 years of experience in software development or recently graduated in CS/related fields.
• Strong foundation in coding (Python/JS preferred) and interest in applying it to AI/automation.
• Curious about customer interaction and comfortable presenting technical solutions.
• Hungry to learn, flexible with time, and energized by fast‑growing teams.

• Learn Signals + AI/LLM basics, shadow launches, and complete internal onboarding.
• Co‑own small customer implementations with a mentor; document a simple playbook.
• Lead a small go‑live end‑to‑end with guidance; demo what you built to the team.

Zapier/Make, basic SQL or APIs, Python/JS, Salesforce/Hub Spot, data viz.

• Hands‑on AI experience (real customers, real outcomes).
• Mentorship, rapid learning, and clear growth paths (Implementation or CS).
