Technical Support Engineer - Spanish Speaking

Novarad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager—Spanish speaking—to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage technical relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction in fluent Spanish and English, and work closely with support engineers and cross‑functional teams to deliver technical solutions and support. This is an onsite position at our corporate offices in Provo, UT.

What You’ll Do
  • Communicate with Novarad customers in either fluent Spanish or English.
  • Advise on system configurations that adhere to best practice standards while meeting customer needs.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their workflow technical requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure understanding of workflow and provide technical solutions and support to clients.
  • Coordinate the resolution of technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers within assigned accounts.
  • Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for key customers, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and coordinate the resolution of technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers.
  • Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and new technologies to provide value‑added services to clients.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, making recommendations for product improvements.
  • Maintain a deep technical knowledge of the company's product offerings and understanding of how they meet client needs.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Required Qualifications
    • Native level Spanish proficiency
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management role, Healthcare IT, or related field
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience with healthcare account management and customer retention
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines within the fast‑paced healthcare industry
    • Ability to understand and analyze complex technical issues and provide solutions
  • Bonus Qualifications
    • Strong technical knowledge of PACS Administration, and Health
    • Leadership experience
What to Expect
  • 40 hours per week
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
  • Work onsite at the Provo, Utah location
  • Occasional weekend, early morning, or nighttime hours may be required
