• Configure and launch AI Cloud Employees while capturing key customer data.
• Translate business problems into measurable AI workflows and reporting.
• Support customer onboarding with strong documentation and insights.
• Analyze usage data and provide feedback to improve customer outcomes.
• Assist with reporting frameworks and dashboards to demonstrate ROI.

• 0–3 years of experience in research, analytics, or SaaS operations, or a recent graduate in data‑focused fields.
• Proficiency in data analysis (SQL, Excel, or visualization tools).
• Strong communicator who enjoys turning insights into clear recommendations.
• Interest in applying analytical skills in customer‑facing settings.
• Hungry, humble, and eager to grow in the AI product/customer success space.

• Learn Signals and AI/LLM basics, shadow launches, and complete internal onboarding.
• Co-own small customer implementations with a mentor and document a simple playbook.
• Lead a small go-live end-to-end with guidance; demo what you built to the team.

Zapier/Make, basic SQL or APIs, Python/JS, Salesforce/Hub Spot, data viz.

• Hands‑on AI experience with real customers and outcomes.
• Mentorship, rapid learning, and clear growth paths (Implementation or CS).
• Built with a Provo‑based team shipping fast and growing quickly.
