Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Provo, UT or be willing to relocate to the area. May require travel to project locations.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.
• Minimum 6 months overall IT experience.
• E commerce Merchandising Fundamentals:
  Understanding of product hierarchy, and categorization.
• Content Management & Web Publishing:
  Structuring pages, modules/slots, and release calendars.
• Conversion & UX Awareness:
  Understanding shopper journeys, placement of promos, and mobile-first optimization.
• Promotions & Pricing Ops:
  Coupon setup, stacking rules, eligibility, segmentation, and QA across markets/devices.
• Optimization:
  Basic SEO knowledge to optimize product and content pages.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
• Communication and collaboration skills.
• Quick at problem-solving and great attention to detail.
• Tools Expertise:
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – for content management.
  • AEM Digital Asset Management – for managing product images and media assets.
  • Jira – for task tracking and campaign coordination.
  • Advanced Excel – for data analysis and bulk uploads.
