As a UX Designer for Predict It, you will create exceptional web and mobile experiences that power the financial engine behind millions in transactions. You will work on UX for projects comparable to Coinbase, Fan Duel, Draft Kings, and , designing next‑generation interfaces for trading options and futures.

• Create high‑fidelity mockups and design guides for developers in Figma.
• Drive the UX design process: user research, wire framing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Develop user flows, journey maps, and information architecture diagrams.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and communicate design rationale effectively.
• Own the design system, managing its content, controls, and processes.
• Review and refine UX changes in staging and production environments.

As part of a small team, you will perform a wide variety of roles. Your weekly mix: ~40% Figma design, ~10% collaboration with Devs/Stakeholders, ~30% ensuring design accuracy, ~10% process improvement and research, ~10% additional product responsibilities.

• 2–4 years of experience designing UX in Figma for Web and Mobile.
• Strong grasp of graphic design and UX principles and the software development lifecycle.
• Expertise in responsive design in Figma; designs should scale correctly.
• Excellent organizational, aesthetic, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong independent judgment and initiative on day‑to‑day tasks; ability to manage UX asset creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication ability, coordinating with developers to ensure design implementation.
