Summary/objective:The Senior Partner Growth Manager is accountable for driving measurable growth for Angel Studios through high‑impact partnerships and activations. Success will be defined by increasing Guild memberships, securing premium editorial placement across partner platforms, and delivering sponsorship opportunities that expand awareness of Angel films and shows. This senior‑level role will leverage existing relationships to identify and negotiate initiatives that create creative brand activations, co‑marketing campaigns, and technical integrations that improve the customer experience across TV, web, and mobile.
Working closely with internal teams, this role will turn partnerships into tangible results—more sign‑ups, more visibility for Angel titles, and more effective monetization opportunities among existing distribution channels.
- Increase Angel Guild memberships through targeted offers and bundled promotions with TV and mobile platforms
- Secure editorial placement on partner homepages, featured carousels, and promotional surfaces
- Design and execute creative activations and sponsor ships that drive awareness, trial, and retention of Angel content
- Lead technical integrations with partner platforms (e.g. single sign‑on, deep linking, co‑branded features) that improve user conversion and retention
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize partner performance—identifying opportunities to upsell, expand, or refine existing agreements
- Serve as the main point of contact for partner renewal, escalations, and growth strategy execution
- Travel up to 15%
- 5+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or growth roles—preferably in streaming, digital media, mobile, or tech
- A track record of owning and achieving measurable outcomes and KPI‑based targets
- Strong negotiation skills, with experience structuring deals and executing mutually beneficial contracts
- Technical fluency to work with engineering and product teams to deliver integrations
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management abilities
- Data‑driven mindset and proficiency with analytics tools

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business‑related field
- Experience with the Angel Guild strongly preferred.
$127,000 - $142,000 a year
Commensurate with experience and scope of responsibility.
