Role Description
Clark Business Law, PLLC is a business law firm with a national practice. We are looking for a full-time associate attorney for our corporate, real estate, outside general counsel and transactional practice. The candidate must be highly detail-oriented and manage large projects. Hard work and excellent writing and communication skills are critical.
Qualifications- Two to three years of experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Member of the Utah State Bar in good standing.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
