Entry-Level Project Manager – Epic

Join our Project Management team at Epic and drive impactful projects to improve patient care in healthcare organizations.

Location:

Madison, WI campus (requires relocation; financial assistance provided).

• Implement AI-powered advice and support for hospital leadership.
• Coordinate end‑user training and deliver comprehensive support.
• Travel across the US (and abroad if desired) to lead software installations.
• Present to hospital leadership and ensure successful go‑live of Epic software.
• Provide full autonomy in decision making within a supportive environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major).
• History of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days (1‑2 trips per month, 2‑4 day duration).
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID‑19 vaccination (preferred).
