Printing Press Operator – ROR 3rd Shift Sun‑Thurs 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, $21.00–$26.00 /hour + $1.25 shift differential (based on experience).

The Press Operator is an essential member of the team, responsible for the manufacturing of printed labels while continuously monitoring label quality and press conditions.

• Adhere to all plant and corporate safety rules, procedures, and guidelines.
• Report all safety concerns or issues to immediate supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by completing daily housekeeping assignments.
• Complete make‑ready in accordance with the job ticket and product specification documents.
• Complete all required quality checks related to product specifications, visual, and functional checks.
• Operate press to produce product in accordance with customer specifications while maintaining quality, waste, and press efficiency.
• Maintain consistent quality during the production run; critical quality checks include copy, color, registration, and ink adhesion.
• Complete all related procedures, work instructions, and quality measurements as outlined in the BRC standard.
• Complete press make‑ready's efficiently.
• Complete all required equipment maintenance duties.
• Clean plate, cylinder, and ink pans, and lubricate press as needed.
• Input all required information into the Globe Tek system for material usage and time accurately and promptly.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience as a printing press operator or related training; experience with Mark Andy P5s strongly preferred.
• Experience operating a digital press and/or minimum 2 years web and/or offset experience required.
• Physical demands include standing, using hands to feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.
• Requires frequent walking.
• Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
