CNC Operator​/Production Team Member

Sprout is a lean manufacturer of wooden children's furniture in Provo, UT. We are currently welcoming curious, caring, hard working people looking for a place to grow.

Pay: $20.00 per hour, full time

• Production:
  Packaging, shipping, tenoning, sanding, finishing, hardware installation, raw material retrieval, CNC machine operation, inventory management, & scrap management, all using standard processes & systems
• Process Development & Improvement:
  Documentation, Standards Development, Identification of out-of-standard conditions, Root cause analysis, & Application of countermeasures, Fixing problems
• Personnel Development & Training:
  Training, Mentoring, Giving feedback on trainings
• CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Machine Operation & Programming

• Ability to work on feet for 8 hours in 2 hour segments
• Ability to commute/relocate to Provo, UT 84601
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 18 years of age
