Intermountain Health St George Regional Hospital in Utah is seeking a Flight Nurse with PICU/Pediatric ED experience to join our Life Flight team. You will provide expert care to neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients during transports, in air or on the ground.
The role requires ALS, BLS, PALS, and NRP within 120 days of hire, plus ER/critical care background. BSN must be completed within four years of hire; BSN by 2025 rule noted.
