Revere Health is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Endoscopy Services, RN to provide clinical and operational leadership for our office-based endoscopy lab in Provo.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished endoscopy nurse leader to help build and shape a high-quality program from the ground up. The Director will lead the full patient-care experience, from scheduling and pre-procedure preparation through recovery, discharge, and pathology follow-up. This individual will also oversee the essential clinical systems that support safe, efficient care, including sedation practices, endoscope reprocessing, infection prevention, emergency readiness, staff competency, quality reporting, and regulatory compliance.

This is a hands-on leadership position. The successful candidate will be visible and engaged in daily operations, comfortable working alongside the clinical team, and prepared to support patient care when volume or staffing needs require it.

  • Establish and maintain clinical policies, patient-safety protocols, sedation standards, emergency-response procedures, and staff competency programs.

  • Maintain a survey-ready environment and support compliance with licensing, accreditation, quality, privacy, workplace-safety, and device-reporting requirements.
  • Build and oversee the center's quality assessment and performance-improvement program, including quality indicator tracking, event review, patient-experience measurement, and improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with the Medical Director of Endoscopy on clinical standards, quality reporting, and physician performance data.
  • Manage staffing, budgets, supplies, vendor relationships, equipment planning, and cost-per-case reporting.
  • Improve patient access, scheduling, room utilization, on-time starts, turnover, recovery flow, and preparation processes.
  • Foster a culture in which employees are encouraged to raise safety concerns and participate actively in continuous improvement.
  • Exercise authority to pause a case, room, or schedule when patient safety, reprocessing integrity, sedation coverage, or emergency readiness is in question.
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or an associate degree in nursing with a commitment to complete a BSN within three years of hire.
  • At least five years of registered nursing experience, including three years in gastroenterology or endoscopy within a hospital, ambulatory surgery center, or office-based lab.
  • At least two years of formal supervisory or charge nurse experience involving hiring, scheduling, and employee evaluation.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification.
  • Demonstrated competency in moderate sedation administration and monitoring, including airway management and rescue.
  • Working knowledge of flexible endoscope reprocessing standards and the ability to evaluate and audit a reprocessing program.
  • Experience with regulatory surveys, accreditation, or formal quality reporting.
