Description
Lucent Real Estate is a residential real estate company providing home sellers and buyers with real estate solutions. Starting Salary: Competitive based on experience
Job Description:
The agent is responsible for renting, buying or selling properties to clients.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate seller and buyer clients through personal networking and marketing
- Perform marketplace analyses on real estate opportunities
- Negotiate financing terms with sellers, buyers and lenders
- Service clients throughout the sale and purchase process
- Track customers for quality assurance and customer satisfaction
- Maintain legal compliance
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years working experience as a licensed Realtor
· Loyalty, honesty and a hard work ethic - Negotiating skills
· Ability to set and follow through with target goals - Willingness to enter a new niche of the real estate market
· Excellent phone and personal relation skills accompanied by a professional demeanor - Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Friendly, outgoing personality and reliable behavior - Excellent computer skills, MS Office required
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills - Be willing to reach and grow past your comfort zone
