Starting Salary: Competitive based on experience

Job Description:
The agent is responsible for renting, buying or selling properties to clients.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate seller and buyer clients through personal networking and marketing
• Perform marketplace analyses on real estate opportunities
• Negotiate financing terms with sellers, buyers and lenders
• Service clients throughout the sale and purchase process
• Track customers for quality assurance and customer satisfaction
• Maintain legal compliance

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years working experience as a licensed Realtor
  · Loyalty, honesty and a hard work ethic
• Negotiating skills
  · Ability to set and follow through with target goals
• Willingness to enter a new niche of the real estate market
  · Excellent phone and personal relation skills accompanied by a professional demeanor
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
  · Friendly, outgoing personality and reliable behavior
• Excellent computer skills, MS Office required
  · Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Be willing to reach and grow past your comfort zone
