Job Title: Seller Qualifier

Hours/Week: 40

Starting Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Obtain and maintain Seller Qualification Form certification through initial training requirements.
• Contact potential real estate sellers, conduct interviews to qualify them, and discover their motivation for selling.
• Participate in scheduled training and skills development programs.
• Develop and revise a personal plan to achieve daily objectives, reporting progress regularly to a supervisor.
• Conduct at least three seller qualification interviews per hour by contacting potential sellers.
• Accurately input data into the Seller Qualification form as trained.

• Ability to relate to potential sellers and inquire about their individual situations.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM and basic computer skills, including Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and Internet applications.
• Punctuality and ability to stay focused on tasks.
• Effective communication over the phone.
• Ability to meet set goals.
