A successful Grill Cook must possess:

• A "can do" attitude—ability to work quickly and confidently, preparing meal items accurately per specifications.
• Ability to multitask, learn from mistakes, and proactively assist other departments.

Qualifications include:

• 1+ years of kitchen/work experience (preferred, not required).
• Attention to compliance with local, state, & federal food safety and sanitation standards.
• Flexible schedule: shifts vary depending on customer traffic, starting as early as 5/6 am and ending around 2 pm, Monday through Saturday.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
