We are currently hiring for Shift Leaders who are motivated people with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish a team that works well together, increase profits, and provide outstanding service. We are looking for someone who takes the lead to tackle problems, seeks help from others when appropriate, and is willing to provide help and mentorship to their team.

If you have prior restaurant experience, you may qualify!

• Lead a team to deliver outstanding service and high-quality food.
• Establish a cohesive team, delegate tasks, and mentor staff.
• Identify and tackle problems; seek help when appropriate; contribute to increasing profits.

• Prior restaurant experience (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively.
