Front of House Cashier/Drive‑Thru TEAM MEMBER at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is an enthusiastic position passionate about food quality, customer service, & community! In this role you will work with a dynamic team offering a unique menu of scratch‑baked bread & pastries, soups, salads & sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients.

• “Can‑do” attitude: actively listen to guests and confidently suggest meals & gift items to first‑time and returning customers.
• Work quickly, learn from mistakes, look for opportunities to step in & help other departments before being asked.

• 1+ years customer service / serving experience.
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards.
• Flexible schedule – shifts vary week to week; start as early as 7 am and up to 10 pm Monday‑Saturday.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
