Hourly Night-Time Manager

Hours: 2:00 PM - 9:30 PM (Up to 5 shifts per week)
Availability: Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Lead evening operations with consistency and professionalism
• Ensure all team members follow Kneaders policies and procedures
• Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with employees – this is not a "sit back and watch" role
• Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining a collaborative environment
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, even during high‑volume hours
• Support and communicate with other members of the team
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service
